How many prompts should your brand track?

Your address is all it takes. AI counts your prompts and writes them for you.

Free, no email. We read your site, AI does the rest.

The number comes from five types of questions

A customer doesn't ask just one question before buying. They ask several, at different moments. We track a few of each, and here is the rule, with nothing hidden.

  • Category

    3 per audience

“Which accounting software should I choose for small businesses?”

The moment your customer doesn't know any names yet. That's when AI chooses who to cite.

  • Price

    1 per audience

“How much does accounting software cost for small businesses?”

Answers about pricing almost always cite brands and their prices.

  • Comparison

    2 per competitor

“Pennylane or your brand: which one should I choose?”

The moment your customer is torn between two names. If you're not there, the other one wins without a fight.

  • Problem

    2 per problem

“How do I file VAT returns without making mistakes?”

Your customer is often looking for a way to solve a problem before looking for a product. AI can recommend you in that answer.

  • Your brand

    3 in total

    “Is your brand trustworthy?”

What AI engines say about you when someone asks them about your name.

Then we multiply by your markets and your brands: the same question asked in France and in Belgium counts as two prompts to track.

Not ten prompts, not a thousand

  • Too few

With ten prompts, a single one changing moves your visibility by ten points. You're reading noise, not a trend.

  • The right size

Every decision moment covered, in several phrasings. Enough to smooth out the differences from one answer to the next, few enough to read every line.

  • Too many

With a thousand prompts, you track questions nobody asks, and you lose track of the ones that really matter.

What's a prompt, here?

A question a customer might ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini when it's time to choose. A tracking tool puts it to the AI engines every day, and checks whether your brand comes up in the answer, in what position and next to whom.

Why several phrasings of the same question?

Because nobody types exactly the same sentence, and a model never answers the same way twice. Several phrasings smooth out those differences: you follow a trend, not a lucky break.

Where do my competitors come from?

The AI reads your home page to understand what you sell, then names the brands it associates with your category in your market. Those are exactly the ones competing with you for recommendations. If it misses one, add it: everything can be edited, and the best questions are still the ones you hear in client meetings.

Your prompts are ready. Now track them.

Asking these questions once gives you a snapshot. Tracking them tells you every day which ones you win, which ones you lose, and who gets ahead of you.
