Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms govern the subscription to i am rank, the platform that measures the visibility of brands in AI engines (app.iamrank.com). They go together with the Terms of Use, which set out how to use the platform.

By starting a trial or a subscription, you accept them on behalf of the company for which you subscribe. In this text, “we” refers to the business that sells the subscription, and “you” refers to the customer.

1. Who sells

i am rank is a brand operated by Anthony Quinchon EI, sole proprietorship (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise), trade name Anthony & Cie, SIREN 894 843 333, Fréjus Trade and Companies Register (RCS Fréjus), EU VAT number FR12 894 843 333.

Address: Bâtiment G, 305 rue Maréchal Lyautey, 83600 Fréjus, France. Contact: contact@iamrank.com.

2. Who we sell to

The platform is reserved for professionals: companies, agencies and freelancers who use it for their business. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting in the course of your professional activity and that you have the authority to bind the company you specify. We do not sell to private individuals.

3. What you buy

A right to access the platform for the duration of your subscription, according to the plan chosen: Solo, Pro or Agency. What each plan includes (number of prompts, brands, markets, articles per month, included modules) is described on the pricing page on the day you subscribe, and restated in Settings, Subscription (Réglages, Abonnement).

When a limit of your plan is reached, the platform refuses additions beyond it. What is already tracked continues to be tracked.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros, excluding tax. Each plan is paid monthly, quarterly (10% discount) or annually (20% discount). The price displayed at the time of payment is the one that applies.

If a price changes, we notify you by email at least 30 days before your next billing date. You can cancel before that date. Otherwise, the new price applies from that billing date.

5. Taxes

If your company is established in France, French VAT (20%) is added to the price excluding tax and shown on your invoice.

If your company is established in another European Union country and gives us a valid VAT number, we do not charge VAT: you account for it yourself in your country under the reverse-charge mechanism, and your invoice bears the mention “Autoliquidation” (reverse charge). Outside the European Union, French VAT does not apply.

You keep your company's name, address and VAT number up to date in the Stripe customer portal, opened from Settings, Subscription (Réglages, Abonnement). Your invoices are issued based on this information.

6. 7-day free trial

  • One trial per company.
  • A payment method is requested at the start of the trial. Nothing is charged for 7 days.
  • Two days before the end of the trial, we send you an email with the date and amount of the first charge.
  • If you cancel before the end of the trial, nothing is charged and you keep access until the end of the 7 days.
  • Otherwise, the subscription starts at the end of the trial and the first payment is charged that day.

7. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We neither see nor store your card number.

Each period (month, quarter or year) is paid in advance, at the start of the period. The invoice is sent to you by email and remains available in Settings, Subscription (Réglages, Abonnement).

If a charge fails, Stripe retries it several times over the following days and we notify you. Until the payment goes through, we may stop the tracking, then access to the platform. Everything resumes as soon as the payment goes through.

In the event of late payment, late-payment penalties at a rate of three times the French statutory interest rate (taux d'intérêt légal) are due, as well as a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code, Code de commerce). No discount is granted for early payment.

8. Term and renewal

The subscription only commits you for the period paid. It renews automatically on each billing date, for the same period and on the same plan, until you cancel it.

9. Changing plan or billing period

You change plan or billing period from Settings, Subscription (Réglages, Abonnement), at any time. The change is immediate. During the trial, nothing is charged. After that, the difference is calculated pro rata to the time remaining in the current period: it is added to or deducted from your next invoice.

To move to a smaller plan, your workspace must fit within its limits, for example 25 tracked prompts at most for the Solo plan. The platform tells you what to adjust.

10. Cancellation

You cancel in a few clicks from Settings, Subscription (Réglages, Abonnement). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, or of the trial: nothing more is charged afterwards, and you keep access until that date. Until that date has passed, you can reverse your cancellation.

When you cancel, we may offer you a discount or a one-month pause. Each offer is described on screen and can only be used once per company. The pause stops tracking and charges for 30 days, then the subscription resumes automatically, on the same plan.

11. Refunds

When you cancel, the current period is not refunded, whether or not it has started. We refund the unused portion of the paid period in two cases: a billing error on our part, or the discontinuation of the service by us (article 13).

12. Your data at the end of the subscription

When your access ends, your data (brands, prompts, collected answers, history, articles) is kept for 30 days. If you subscribe again during this period, you get everything back. After that, it is deleted. You can ask us for a copy before then, by email.

Invoices are kept for the period required by law.

13. Suspension or termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you do not pay, or if you do not comply with the Terms of Use. Except in an emergency (a breach of the platform's security, unlawful use), we first notify you by email and give you 7 days to rectify the situation.

If we decide to discontinue the service through no fault of yours, we notify you at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused portion of your paid period.

14. What we guarantee, and what we do not

We submit your prompts to AI engines, collect their answers and analyze them with care, following the method described in the platform.

AI answers change from one question to the next, from one day to the next and from one country to another. They depend on third-party services (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the others) that we do not control. The platform's figures are therefore measurements at a given point in time. We guarantee neither a place in AI answers, nor a volume of visits, nor any revenue.

Recommendations, briefs and articles are produced with the help of AI. They may contain errors: review them before using them. You remain responsible for what you publish.

We do what is necessary to keep the platform available. Interruptions remain possible: maintenance, an outage at a hosting provider or an AI engine. An engine may also change or shut down its service: we adapt or replace it as best we can.

15. Liability

We undertake to put in place the means necessary for the service, without any obligation to achieve a particular result (obligation de résultat). If we are held liable, our liability covers direct damage only, up to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event in question.

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of revenue, customers or reputation, nor for the decisions you make based on the platform's figures.

These limits do not apply in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence (faute lourde), nor where the law prohibits providing for them.

16. Force majeure

Neither you nor we are liable for a delay or failure caused by an event beyond our control: disaster, general outage of the internet or of a hosting provider, decision by an authority. If the event lasts more than 30 days, either party may terminate the subscription, with a refund of the unused portion.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. For a significant change, we notify you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before that date. The version in force on the day of each renewal applies.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a disagreement, write to us first at contact@iamrank.com: we seek an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Fréjus.

These terms are written in French. If they are translated, the French version prevails.
