How much to budget for a brand

To test or track a small brand: under €50 per month

Entry plans give you 15 to 25 prompts: Otterly.AI Lite ($29, 4 engines), Cockpyt AI Solo (€39 excl. VAT, 4 engines, one check a week), HubSpot AEO (€49, 3 engines) and i am rank Solo (€49 excl. With Peec AI, each extra engine costs €30 per month on Starter, €70 on Pro, €140 on Advanced. Brands, domains and seats

Semrush bills each extra domain at $99 per month, HubSpot AEO requires one instance per brand, Hikoo one subscription per site. On the team side, Scrunch includes 3 seats on Starter, then charges $25 per seat per month, and Ahrefs includes one user. i am rank, Peec AI, SE Visible, Rankshift and Meteoria give you unlimited seats.

How often answers are checked

A low price sometimes hides infrequent checks. Cockpyt AI checks once a week, Ahrefs' prompt database is retested once a month, and Scrunch drops to one check every 72 hours after the first 14 days. At i am rank, seven engines are checked every day, and Claude, Grok and Mistral every week.

Credits

Qwairy, AthenaHQ and Peec AI's agency plans count in credits rather than prompts. One credit is usually one prompt, on one engine, once. To compare, convert: according to its FAQ, the 2,500 credits in Qwairy's Starter plan cover about 27 prompts tracked every day on 3 engines.
